Mexican Market VW

I saw a VW with Mexico plates on it yesterday that I had never seen before, & 
I was wondering if anyone on the list had seen or heard of it.  It was a new 
model.  In fact, it had a small sticker on the upper-left part of the rear 
window that appeared to be some sort of shipping label.  It was a 4 door sedan 
that was smaller than a Jetta.  In fact, it looked very much like a 3/4 scale 
4th generation Jetta.  It was called a Derby.

It was a neat little car, & I'm just curious about it.
