The potterman kit is a fiberglass filler the connects to
the golf grill.  Its not as tight as the golf hood but if it
is painted and centered looks fine.  If you buy the
potterman dual rounds, everything fits easily.  Price
for the pieces sound right.  Painting will vary in
cost from shop to shop.  Might be cheaper to go
buy your own automotive paint and have the 
professionals shoot it.
