VW covers the second or subsequent owners of the car for 5/50 on the
drivetrain. If you are the original owner, you're covered 10/100.
So the answer is no, you won't get the full warranty but you will get the
5/50 coverage. Be advised though, that under the 5/50 they cover very
specific things in the drivetrain. Any dealer can give you more
specifics. If you are looking at a specific car, ask to see the owner's
manual which lists in detail the warranty program.
