Yeah, for me it happened back when I was waiting to take some friends to
dinner.

A: "Sweet, you got the VR6!"
Me: "Yeah, really fun car."
B: "What does VR6 mean?"
A: "I think it's german for 'small car, BIG engine.'"

Of course, my '95 has no grille badge, and now that I've de-badged my
trunk, I mostly just confuse people :)  Which is a fun all it's own.
