    I've read plenty of messages about a programmable relay.  My car
currently does not have the programmable wiper option & from what I've read
switching the old relay with a programmable one will give me that option.
The parts guy at the dealership I spoke to say that there is only on relay,
and it is not programmable.
    Can somebody please give me the facts and, if possible a part number for
this programmable relay.
