I haven't checked the fuses yet.  I will check them when I get off of work
today.  Maybe I can at least get my sunroof to shut.  The car had this same
problem when I bought it from a very reputable dealer (Bobby Rahal Lexus)
and they claim they had fixed it.  I'll just go to my salesman's house
tonight and set the alarm off a dozen or so times and I'll bet they will fix
it right this time around.

With your symptoms this may not be any help, but water and engine
cleaning stuff got into the under hood switch  in my 95 GLX and would
randomly  set off the alarm. Perhaps you have a few contaminated
switches.
Did you check the fuses controling the dome light?
