Hi Folks,


This is the new pricing for the 2000 New Beetle, New Golf, New Jetta and
Eurovan!!!


   * New Beetle: No price change on the base prices, Alloy wheels no
     longer available as a stand alone option, Luxury package is now
     $1,175, Cold weather package (cloth seats, GLS only) is $150
   * New Golf GL & GLS: No price change on the base prices, Luxury
     package is now $1,175, CWP is $150 (GLS only), Monsoon sound system
     (GLS) is $295.
   * New GTI GLS: Base price is now $17,675, CWP is $150, Monsoon sound
     system is $295.
   * New GTI GLX: Base price is now $22,620, Monsoon sound system is
     standard
   * New Jetta GL & GLS: No price change on the base price, Luxury
     package is now $1,175, CWP is $150 (GLS only), Monsoon sound system
     (GLS) is $295. VR6 Luxury package is now $1.375 (includes 16"
     alloys"
   * New Jetta GLX: Base price is now $24,170, what was the sport
     package is now standard as is the Monsoon system
   * Eurovan GLS &MV: GLS base is now $31,300, MV is $32,800, the
     pricing for the Weekender package is TBD

That's it for now folks!! These cars are starting to ship in small
numbers. Most of the 2000s will be reVINed '99s. You will not see all of
these changes initially. I wouldn't put off getting a new car waiting
for this stuff to show up. They can't make enough of them now!!!
