That guy is full of CRAP!
All '98s should come with Remote Entry standard.  I don't believe anyone here
has ever paid for it as an option.  Check out the sticker... it may be printed
on there.

About the keys... it was my understanding that you got two keys + a valet key. 
At least that is what I got.  Anyways... make sure you get the valet key and
all of the stereo code/VIN stuff attached to the key ring as well.
