Re: 18" or 17" rims?

Quick question - 2 (or so) parts.

1) Will a '97 GLX, with Neuspeed Sport Springs and Bilstein Sport
Shocks/Struts, have any rubbing problems with non-rolled fenders while
running 215/40r17's? How about 225/40r17's? Personal experience please.
I'm real interested in the Borbet Type C - six spoke non-chrome. If the
215's don't rub but the 225's do, does Borbet offer an offset that will
work? And where does it rub anyway? On the fender or the shock/strut
assembly? Anyone running these rims with the above rubber dimensions?

2) At either size, If they do rub, whats the best advice to fix the
fenders? Roll a wooden bat or what? That seems scary.
