		I would say that you have a legitimate bitch with UPS. On the bill of
lading,it should say Cash or Money order only. If UPS took a check..it should
be their responsibility. I would make them pay...Hopefully a Lawyer wont be
neccesary.Boy that is a lousy situation for you..I hope that all works out
well for you....

 He then told me he had stopped payment on my check and that i wouldn't be

 Now what do i do?  He has my amp.  He refuses to pay for it or even ship it
 back to me and if i try to cash his check i won't be able to?  
 
 Can i file a claim for it through UPS?  I am not going to drop it because its
 a $250 COD order.
 
 Any ideas?
