b:  Strictly Foreign makes a dual headlight conversion kit without
changing the hood.  If you look at some of the European Car issues
near the back, you will see an ad for Strictly Foreign Accessories
with a picture of a Jetta with the kit (looks really nice).  I called
the folks with Strictly Foreign and they said everything comes with
the kit with instructions and would take approx. 1 hour to install.
