rear bumber paint.

Does anyone on the list have a white Jetta/Golf with
little tiny yellow dots on the rear bumper that are a
serious pain in the ass to remove?

If so, do you know what it is?  Am I the only one with
some weird yellow crap on my rear bumper?

I can't seem to determine what it is... but I would describe
it as yellow paint lightly sprayed on that isn't noticable
unless you are very up-close.
