Mike, No, there isn't a significant difference in the suspension between the GLS and GLX to warrant the extra cost. If you want all the goodies (Climatronic, Rain Sensing Wipers, Sport Seats w/Memory, Sport Wheels, etc.) then go with the GLX. Otherwise the GLS VR6 is a very nice car for the money. -jamie
