RE: pre-LI cruise cop encounter



Sorry, but the "Safe and Prudent" was outlawed as unconstitutional by the
Montana State Supreme court. Something along the lines of not specific
enough (gee, how could that be). I think they're now basically back to the
slap on the wrist/fiver for small violations and escalate reasonably quickly
up to kiss your insurance rates goodbye.

You gotta be joking me. If I believed that there were cops this cool
everywhere, I'd speed all the time! (as it is, I VERY rarely take the car
above 5mph above speed limit)

Someday I'm driving my car out to Montana, where my definition of "safe and
prudent" is about 120mph.
