You gotta be joking me. If I believed that there were cops this cool
everywhere, I'd speed all the time! (as it is, I VERY rarely take the car
above 5mph above speed limit)
Someday I'm driving my car out to Montana, where my definition of "safe and
prudent" is about 120mph.
