wheel locks and air pressure?

Hi All,

I put on a set of used 16" OZ Monte Carlo w/ 205-40-16 BFG Euro TA's this
weekend. 

What tire pressure should I be running?  Right now they are at 35 psi, I
don't want them to bend on the streets of NYC, will this be okay?

Also, I have a set of keyed wheel bolts (locks) on them. Thinking of
adding a second set, any advice, Eurolocks?  Gorilla? 

I've got this annoying clatter coming from the right rear wheel, other
than that, I love the way the car looks and sounds (new exhaust) now....
