17" Tires, last time...

Ok, guys, this is the last tire post, I'm sick of it too.

I am in the market for a set of 215-40-17 tires, and I am still unsure which
kind to get. I had/have my heart set on a set of Yokohama A520 tires, but
I've heard that they wear out quickly, but grip nicely. I need a set of
tires which will last me 20k plus, and still have decent handling. I don't
drive it too hard...the occasional hard cornering, but no autocrossing. I
also go on 1000 mile road trips, so it has to last thru those as well.

My price range is sub 130 dolllars. here's what I am considering

Yokohama A520's...112 a piece
Pirelli P7000's....123 a piece (roughly)
Yokohama AVS intermediates...123ish
Dunlop Sp8000s...discontinued in my size
Dunlop Sp9000s...about 160!

So its probably between either the Yok A520s or the Pirellis. What is the
treadware rating on the Pirellis? I heard on the A520's it is 160.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
