I've heard good things about Kings Volkswagen in Brooklyn but when I was
looking for a used (um, "certified pre-owned") Jetta they didn't have any.
They seem nice and really helpful though.

I bought my Jetta at Bay Ridge VW, they are okay. The business manager did
some illegal stuff with my extended warranty which I nailed them for
(email me if you want details) other than that they've been allright. 
Bottom line, if the price was right, I'd consider buying from them again
but I'd shop around.

With respect to Koeppel VW in Queens, they had a no-haggle policy on
advertised used cars. Come on, get real. Plus their cars had higher
mileage and were more expensive. Buying new though, I've heard good
things.
