Spark Plug gap

I have been looking through the manual and I can not seem to find the correct
gap on the plugs for my GLX. If anyone knows the proper gap I would greatly
appreciate it. I have a '97 GLX with almost 40K on it. The dealer wants $250
for the 30K mile tune-up (which I obviously am not willing to pay). My father
just recently bought the Bentley manual for his Passat GLX and he did not see
it in there either.
