Well my original ? came from the fact that my other "European car" is a
SAAB and it turns off automatically. Thats all, thanks for the input, I'll
keep it in mind for the future, when the cold hits. I guess if the mirrors
stay on 24/7 when the car runs then I can deal with the rear-defrost. Danke
