Report: Emissions test w/G-chip

Hey Kids,

Went for my New York State yearly inspection today, and had added the Garret
Chip (ver 08) since the last emissions test. Well, she passed. Both my HCs,
and CO were within acceptable limits, but the tech noticed that the HC
reading was on the high end.

So, if that's holding anyone back (the fear of emissions testing), don't let
it. The g-chip is awesome.
