Bob,

I'm just guessing at weight differences.  In the above statement, I 
was implying a difference between full tank and 1/8 tank (for eg.)
in terms of weight.

The weight isn't an advantage by any means.  But weight ratio front to
back can be considered an advantage.

Curious....if the GLX/GTI is built on the same chasis, and we 
eliminated the 100lb difference, why would you beleive the GTI was 
more nimble?
