This topic has been brought up lately. I called VWOA and asked them what the latest fix is. First is to make sure the latest version ECM is installed. The part number ends with AA. If the car still has the cold drive ability complaint than that ECM is sent to VWOA and they flash the software from version V01 to VX2. If the ECM has been opened before (chipped) it gets returned with no update. Don
