RE: Anyone tried Zenon bulbs?

Are true Xenon headlights more than just a special bulb, or is it an
entire special assembly?  I have seen "Xenon" aftermarket bulbs
advertised in EC, but are they the real thing?  Real Xenon lights are
based on the discharge of a gas to create light, not any type of
filament bulb.
