Hood supports

I posted a message a few days ago asking about gas struts used for the hood
supports.  I wanted to find out what vehilce originally used these struts (Pep
Boys pro-lifts: part #92516 or  Auto Zone mighty-lifts: part #E95212) because I
do not have a Pep Boys or AutoZoned near me.  

Well, I found out that these are originally hood supports for a '82 - '88
Toyota Supra.
