aspherical mirror inserts?

A while back someone was talking about some aspherical mirror inserts that
can be installed into the stock outside mirrors.  Can someone point me
toward some additional information, including price and where to buy them?
I tend to have the drivers seat pretty far back, and it seems to create some
pretty large blind spots on both sides.
