There's a formula for that....

C=1/(2*3.14*cut off frequency*speaker impedance)

so C= 1/(2*3.14*4000*4)   assuming 4ohm speaker  C= 0.00995 micro  farads
there's should be a better unit for that , I can't rember.. 9.95 pico
farads maybe??  something like that.....  this gives you a 6db/oct rolloff
