Break-in Period??

Hey All,

Finally got the 98 GLX registered. Now its legal.... Question, however.
What is the recommended mileage to go before you can really unleash the
full power of the VR6??  Is it @ 1000k 2k 3k?? Not sure....  Another Q:
When I turn the car off, theres one significant click under the hood.
Haven't figured it out yet, due to lack of inspection.  Any ideas?  I'm
thinking maybe its the battery, relay, or something to do with the interior
lights going off??...
