If the bolt pattern is not the same, you'll have to have the hubs
redrilled for the right spacing.  Really not that difficult though. 
You'd need to find out the correct spacing and then take the hubs to a
good machine shop to have them drilled and tapped and bolts installed. 
Be sure to get the correct length bolts though!

BTW this is done all the time in the aircooled custom scene.  Its how
they can run Porsche alloys on VW bugs.
