Waiting, waiting, waiting....

Hey everyone,

     I ordered a set of Eibach springs and a Remus exhaust from this 
place here on Long Island, NY (the name was AXZ Tuning) about a month 
ago.  Although the Remus came in a long time ago, I'm still waiting for 
the springs.  Is this normal to wait this long for a set of springs?  
I'm wondering if this place is playing games with me.
