Fog Lights

Hi folks,

I just became the owner of a black '94 Jetta GLX - I love it!  I am,
however, having a hard time figuring out how the fog lights work.  I can
see that they are wired in and there is a function light next to the rotary
dial for the normal lights, but I don't see any switch to turn them on.
The manual that came with the car has no mention of fog lights (at least
that I can find).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
