Hey Chuck...

  The nightshades goes on the outside.  To all who want to use it...  use
super thin coats in a warmish room.  I have done quite a bit of nightshading,
some good some bad.  No nightshaded parts on my car, prefer hella smoked, but
did my buddies 91 passat.  His rears now look like glx lights...came out the
bomb!!  good luck...  and remember to practice on some part you don't like...
