Patrick,

     I've got the Eibach Pro-kit springs with the stock shocks.  I have 
45k mi. on my shocks.  I regret not havng gotten Bilsteins or something 
w/ the Eibachs.  But depending on the mileage of your car, it's really 
up to you.  But it's cheaper to do them both at one time (if it's 
necessary for you).
