Re: New to List

I too am bugged by the location of the changer, and its
tendency to skip under moderate cornering. And the GAs
seem to be a bad match for the car, I'm leaning towards
Pirellis (sp?) as soon as I can justify replacing the GAs.
Anyway, just thought I'd tell you "me too" to these points.

As for simple mods, I'm planning a Garrett chip and the
reversible airbox mods you've already made. I've only
had the car a month, I've been having too much fun driving
it the way it is to rush into making mods.

A question for the list: where's the best place to get the
Bentley manual for the '97 GLX delivered to Canada? I called
a local VW parts place and they told me they only had the
one that covers thru '96.
