i have some coil overs(carrera)...and they ride pretty nice...you get use to them pretty quick..them you find yourself saying 'i think i need to bump up the rate by like 50 lbs'...currently i have 275 frt, 175 rear...looking to go to 325 frt, 225 rear...stiffer is better(at least my wife says so..8)..now, my friends who ride in the car who do not have coil overs cant stand the roughness..., but to others who have coil overs, we always talk about going stiffer on the springs....
