the p-flow

ok, new debate!!

those of you that have the p-flow, is it worth the money?
        can you tell a difference?
        is there a sound difference?
        is there a performance difference?

i have heard both bad and good things about them... some people say they are 
worthless pieces of crap, while others swear by them.

any proof, i.e. dyno test, that give a real answer about them?
