Jim, I saw that car in person at that same show.  The kit was the hella (for
the golf). The owner had put clear headlight covers over the hellas, and had
actually trimmed some hella housing down to accommodate the covers.  Why he
didn't just trim the $50 covers instead of the $500 lights I don't know. I'm
pretty sure that the car had a jetta hood, with some sort of aftermarket
grill.
