BOSE/aftermarket stereo question.

I am wondering if somone could help me understand what hardware I need
to install an aftermarket stereo in place of my BOSE reciever.  I like
the way the BOSE sounds and works, but I miss being able to play my
cds.  I will be trying to install a DENON reciever and 10 disk changer. 
I want to leave the factory Bose amp/speakers.  I know that a wiring
harness would be a must, but what else?  Do I need an adapter for the
FUBA antena? Will using the BOSE amplifier mess up anything? Is a dash
kit needed, or will an aftermarket reciever fit snug.
