Autotech UF stress bar - Install

Howdy folks,

Anyone know what is involved in installing an Autotech upper front
stress bar?  Is it a simple bolt on DIY or do I require a hoist and
a guru?

Since I'm meeting the rest of the NW VW'ers at SpeedWare Motorsports
in Redmond Washington, I thought I'd get them to install it.  They
quoted 1.5-2 hours for install at $65/hr?!  But alas, the shop isn't
open that day due to the swap meet.

Any help would be appreciated.
