Dealer installed options (was Re: Price?)

Are you sure these are all dealer installed options?  I thought
only the CD player was.  If the heated seats are really only $220, I might
do it... I figured if the car didn't come from the factory with it, I
was SOL.  I'd also REALLY be surprised if the leather was a dealer option.
