Patrick,

My 95 started doing this a while back.  I found the problem to be
occuring at the rear valance where the exhaust exits.  For some reason
the dual tips are banging up against the bottom black valance.  Not sure
if the rubber hangers are just wearing and streching out or what?  If
you don't catch it early, the exhaust tips will melt the plastic where
it is touching (happened to me) :-(.  

Might try some bailing wire (crude, I know...works though) to keep it in
its proper place.
