There is a lot of info on VW's web site at
http://www3.vw.com/owners/club.htm

On that page, they say it is $30, not the $25 they qouted
in the brochure I got in the mail.  I sent them a nasty
note abount it and applied via the mail - would have done
it on the web otherwise.
