Differences between the '98 and '99 GLX models.

I was talking to the dealer, University VW here in Seattle, and
couln't get much info out of them about what changes where due
for the redesigned '99 models. Does anyone have any info on them?

1) Is there going to be any reason to wait for the '99s?
2) When do the '99s come out?
3) What dealership would you recomend in the Seattle area?
