The drainage plugs are at the extreme ends of the tray.  They are pretty much
near the edge of the front fender down from the windshield.  If you want, pour
some water in the tray in the engine compartment and watch to see where it
goes.  You'll surely find it that way and also find out if it is clogged
(since the water won't drain then).
