What youve seen is a another victim of  the increasingly popular blue or
blue/yellowb tinted bulb trend - mostly seen on the rice-boy editions
around the NYC area.... Xenon would just give you a brighter and "colder"
white, not blue, dont give in!!

I saw yesterday two Jetta's with Xenon Bulbs. It was a blusish tint and
blue on the ground but was not blinding when they drove head on.. Looks
cool. So where can I pick these up?
