They've already "diminished" down to nothing.  It's illegal to prohibit
dish installations.

In some communities there are zoning ordinances and deed restrictions that
prohibit the use of satellite dishes. They were really written during the
time of the big dishes and I would suspect them to diminish now that dishes
have become small and unobtrusive.
