cable adapter for bose?

yes a stereo question- don't worry it has nothing to do with a CD changer :)

just got off the tele with crutchfield and they don't have an adapter for the 
bose sound package. for those of you with the bose package and have
upgraded your head unit how did you get around this?

the head unit is crap. i hate the sound! and the functionality (with it's six fm/
six am presets) is no good. also i don't listen to cassettes.
i want my in dash cd blaupunkt las vegas!
