I have a friend with a 98 Cabrio with 18K on it. There was missing some seal
in the floor so the carpet got ruined and smells like ass in it. There is
paint flaws, the roof leaks.. Volkswagen told her they would fix it but they
wouldn't give her a rental car and they won't replace the now ruined in
carpet..

That is some bullshit..
