Pull the relay!  If your not sure which one it is go under your dash pull
the retainer clips from the lower fastner on the fuse panel. Then gently
lift it up and down so you can get a better view of the relays on top of the
fuse panel.  Then put your key in ignition and listen for the relay. If you
put your hand over each relay you'll be able to usually feel the relay going
off.  Thats how I found the DRL relay to pull.
