Since I live in the big bad city of Chicago, I'm interested in getting a lock on the gas flap of my 98 GLX. I haven't seen any discussion on this list about why the fuel door is set up to have a latch cable but doesn't, but I have noticed that a couple listers have added a locking mechanism (most recently Khan M Klatt). Anybody know how I add this mod? TIA, Bruce Stapley
